Welcome to Windraider Kennels

Located in the southern Sierra Mountains of California.

We are Kathryn Butterfield-Davis & Al Davis and have been involved in showing & breeding dogs since 1989.  Soundness, temperament & type are of the utmost importance to us.  We share our lives & home with Bernese Mountain Dogs, Cardigan Welsh Corgis and one senior American Eskimo Dog.    

  

We not only show our dogs in conformation, but involve ourselves in the inherited talents of these dogs such as Carting and Herding.  We also compete with them in the Obedience ring. We now show in both the Working & Herding groups which allows us to enjoy a variety of dogs, people and experiences.
